Testimonial Tree

Overview & Access

Testimonial Tree automates the collection and sharing of client feedback and testimonials to enhance online presence and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Log in via Remarketer: Navigate to the Brokerage Hub and click the Testimonial Tree link.
  • Log in via Google: Open your Century 21 Google account, open the Apps waffle (top-right corner), and scroll to find the Testimonial Tree app.

Account Profile Setup

Complete your profile settings to ensure accurate information appears on your public-facing online directory:
  • Profile Image & Details: Add a headshot, website URL, and Facebook page link.
  • Office Address: Enter your brokerage office address. Ensure there is a space in your Canadian postal code (e.g., A1A 1A1) so the built-in map plots your location correctly.
  • Biography & License: Add an agent bio. The license number field is optional and primarily designed for US regulatory requirements.

How Testimonial Collection Works

  • Automated Requests: When a transaction closes, the back-end system (Broker Bay / Broker Wolf) triggers a survey and testimonial request to buyers or sellers in English or French. Deals must be marked closed within 30 days, or automated requests will not send.
  • Manual Requests & Additions: You can send direct request links via email or SMS text message to past clients or third-party collaborators (e.g., mortgage brokers, home inspectors). Unsolicited testimonials (e.g., received via email) can also be manually entered into the platform.
  • Source Tracking: Testimonials display icons denoting whether they were collected via automated survey, direct collection link, manual entry, or legacy import (from RealSatisfied).

Managing & Displaying Reviews

  • Directory Publishing: 4-star and 5-star testimonials automatically publish to your public directory. 1-star to 3-star reviews are held for review, giving you the opportunity to address constructive feedback directly with clients.
  • Editing & Deleting: Agents cannot freely edit client testimonial text; modifications or deletions require administrative or office manager assistance.
  • Favoriting Testimonials: Star/favorite top testimonials to pin them to the beginning of your website carousel or directory list.
  • Website Widgets: Choose from horizontal quote carousels, photo carousels, or vertical lists. Copy the provided HTML or iframe embed code into your website.
  • Social Media Sharing: Use the built-in image generator to customize fonts, colors, and layout templates before sharing directly to Facebook, LinkedIn, or X/Twitter (or downloading images for custom posts). Always tag clients to boost reach and engagement.
  • Email Signatures: Add your public directory URL to your email signature to invite new testimonials and showcase reviews.

  • In-Platform Help: Click the question mark icon in the lower-left corner of Testimonial Tree to search the knowledge base or submit a support ticket.
