• Platform Availability: Available for iOS on the Apple App Store and for Android on Google Play.
• App Identification: Search for "Agent Locator CRM app". The app icon features a white figure in a suit and tie set against a blue background.
• Mandatory Setup: All agents should install the app immediately so incoming leads and urgent follow-ups are never missed when away from a desktop computer.

Mobile Interface & Features

• Lead List Navigation: Opening the app displays the primary lead pipeline, including the top search bar and all pinned filter tabs configured on the desktop dashboard.
• Full Profile Access: Tapping any lead opens their complete file, including contact information, chronological notes and timeline, task lists, email logs, SMS message history, and active drip e-campaigns.

On-the-Go Communications & Best Practices

• In-App Calling (Mobile vs. CRM Number):
  • Tapping a lead’s phone number provides two calling options: Call from Mobile (uses personal carrier number) or Call from CRM (uses the dedicated Leads 21 / Twilio number).
  • Best Practice: Always select Call from CRM. This automatically logs call activity to the lead’s timeline, protects personal phone privacy, and enables call recording.
• Two-Way SMS Messaging: Text messages composed and dispatched through the mobile app route through the assigned CRM number, preserving a complete two-way message log in the client’s file.
• Email Management: Agents can view the entire email history and compose new messages directly within the app. Sending emails through the CRM environment ensures full correspondence tracking across both desktop and mobile platforms.
