System Access & Versioning

• Portal URL: Agents access the system at crmv2.agentlocator.ca. This page should be bookmarked for daily workflow management.
• Platform Version: Agent Locator overhauled its system, meaning users must confirm they are logging into CRM V2 (Version 2) rather than the legacy interface.
• Login Flow:
  • Click the primary Access CRM V2 button on the landing screen.
  • Enter your registered email address and password, then click Login.
  • If credentials are unknown, enter your email address and click the Forgot your password button to receive password reset instructions by email.
  • If access problems persist, reach out to the person who onboarded you into the Leads 21 program for support.

Account Settings & Profile

• User Profile Access: Located at the top right of the dashboard.
• User Preferences: Click into preferences to review account settings and verify personal profile information. While core operational defaults generally require minimal modification, contact details and user settings should be confirmed upon initial setup.

Core Navigation Areas

• 1. Master Leads Pipeline (Home View):
  • Accessible via the Home icon in the left-hand navigation menu.
  • Displays the centralized list of all active leads currently loaded in your system.
  • Filters and type-sorting tools allow agents to narrow down and isolate contacts that require immediate attention or daily interaction.
• 2. Individual Lead Records:
  • Clicking an individual record opens that user’s full CRM file.
  • Activity Timeline: Details the complete chronological activity trail, including automated or manual emails sent, outgoing text messages, logged phone calls, and interactions.
  • Search & Property Intelligence: Logs the lead’s property search queries and viewed listings.
  • Agent Notes & Verification: Houses custom notes and displays verification badges confirming whether contact numbers and emails are valid or pending verification.
